As a wife and mom of 3, it's important to me to provide tasty, healthy meals for my crew while spending less time in the kitchen!
I love good food (preparing and eating it!) and as a nutrition expert, I've pushed the limits on my favorite recipes and found creative ways to pack a lot of nutrients into each dish - whether it's doubling the garlic without going overboard, or adding 6 cups of chopped kale to my spaghetti without it ruining the flavor - I have added the recipes that won the approval of myself, my husband, and three sweet and picky little ones!
